Sirius: *to James* Evans has you totally whipped mate
Remus: *yawns*
Sirius: OMG moony let me carry your books! do you need chocolate? Do you want me to take notes for you in class? Let me get the door for you.do you need anything? I love you so much…

James patted the seat next to him and finished off his post nap yawn.
Remus: For the past few weeks, I’ve had this weird feeling anytime I’m around Sirius. I haven’t figured out what it is, but I think I’ve got it now!
Please don’t freak out or anything, but…
James couldn’t say he was necessarily surprised, the two boys were obviously oblivious to each others affections. His immediate reaction was to stare at the boy and simply state “duh”, but he brushed that off quickly. Remus needed to talk this out so that he could understand his feelings- this was a big deal for his friend- even though it was clear Padfoot totally felt the same way.
James:Okay…so, this is a fairly big deal…um
James was doing his best not to grin at how hilarious this whole situation was.
How did you, uh, realize these feelings?
Remus: And I looked at him to ask him a question and he was just staring at me; then I started getting these butterflies in my stomach and my heart was racing and I had seen these symptoms before in a romance book I read a while back.
But…
I was so scared that I ran out of the room without any explanation. I thought about going to the hospital wing, but finding you seemed to be a better option.
James:Well you’ve come to the right place mate, I happen to be quite versed in the area of “young love”.
James said casually winking at his friend who raised an unruly caramel brow at him.
Okay, my failings with Evans don’t count.
I guess-maybe you oughta talk to him…since you bolted out of there rather fast it seems. You know Siri is gonna bug you about that anyway.
Besides…the boy cares about you a lot- uh we all do- Brothers forever remember?
I guess what I’m trying to get at is…you shouldn’t ignore your feelings…I can’t guarantee that they’re reciprocated, except I absolutely can, but it can’t hurt to talk to him about them.
Remus: I suppose you’re right. I guess I was just frightened is all. But… James…
Remus: I just don’t want to be rejected, like you have been countless times.
James: Remus Lupin, for all that you have up there in that beautiful brain I would think that you could-
I am wounded Moony! I’ve only been rejected because she isn’t ready for all this yet!
and, in to guys? in to- he is SO in to guys that it’s sad, I mean honestly.
He’s pathetic really. Besides, who wouldn’t reciprocate feelings for you, you’re a total catch moons!
Remus: *blushing* Wow… Thanks, Prongs.
Remus: Poor git’s probably worried about me.
Remus: Depending on how this goes, you may want to start sleeping in the common room.
Remus: *yelling back* Only kidding, mate!
James:Anytime Moons!
I would say that is probably a great first step.
James grinned at Remus knowing that things would be just fine between his two mates.

James was surprised at his Prefect friend, but when he took a moment he realized it was simply Sirius and his influence on the other boy.
I guess anything is better than watching you to losers PINE AFTER EACH OTHER!
He knew he was in for a rough couple of months of very little sleep as the two…experimented…regardless though, he was incredibly happy for them.
He couldn’t help the massive grin that began to spread across his face. Things were finally coming together.
